Life for the person. Guardian for the family beside them.
Two apps built around one person. Fiducia Life is theirs: their talking board, their feelings, their day. Fiducia Guardian gives parents, foster carers and legal guardians the whole picture. Choose either one, or both together.
See the pricesFiducia Life belongs to the person using it
Everything Fiducia Talk does, and then the rest of a life. It is theirs, not a window onto somebody else's file.
A voice of their own
The whole talking board and its keyboards, switch scanning, and a voice they choose for themselves in My Voice.
Feelings, and somewhere to take them
My Feelings, My Body Signals and My Energy help someone say how they are. The Calm Room, the Sad Room and the Scared Room give them somewhere to go when it is too much.
A sensory corner
A breathing counter, bubbles to pop, a busy board, a fidget spinner and an archaeology dig. Something for their hands while their head settles.
A day they can see
My Day, a visual timer, Help Me Choose and Get Things Done, so the day has a shape.
The Library
Books that read aloud and light up each word, social stories, and a life story they build with the people who love them.
The rest of a life
All About Me, My Meals, My Money, Life Skills, Rewards and My Award. The ordinary things a life is made of.
Fiducia Guardian gives the family the whole picture
For parents, foster carers and legal guardians. What you are entitled to see, approve and manage about the person in your care, in one place instead of six.
Everyone in your care
A home page for each person you look after, and the other parents and guardians beside you.
Their health
Appointments, health appointments, the care plan and the daily record, kept together so nobody has to piece it back together at 2am.
School and the EHCP
The Education, Health and Care Plan, in the same record as everything it depends on.
All about them
All About Me and the foods they like, written once and there whenever someone new needs to know.
Their money
Their personal finances and allowance, recorded where the people helping can see them.
What you may see, and no more
Consent is held for each kind of record, and where the person can decide for themselves, they decide.

What happens after you pay
You can start straight away. We email you these steps too.
1. Sign in to Guardian
Go to guardian.fiduciatogether.uk and sign in with the email address and password you chose. If you bought Life on its own, sign in at life.fiduciatogether.uk instead.
2. Set up two-step sign-in
Scan a code with an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. Everyone signs in this way, because these records are about real people.
3. Add the person you care for
On Guardian's home page, choose "Add your first person in my care", then pick a sign-in name and password for them.
4. Open Life with them
On their own tablet, phone or computer, go to life.fiduciatogether.uk and sign in with the details you made for them. Set up their two-step sign-in together the first time.
Questions families ask
Do I need both apps?
No. Life works on its own for the person using it, and Guardian works on its own for the family. Together they share one record, so what the person does in Life and what the family sees in Guardian are the same thing, written once.
Who counts towards my people?
Everyone with their own sign-in: you, anyone else in the family who helps, and the person you care for. Each price covers your first few people, and the price cards say how many and what each person after that costs.
I only want Life. Who signs in?
The account you create when you pay opens Life on its own. If Life is for someone else, give them an account of their own under People and Accounts at together.fiduciatogether.uk, and they sign in to Life with their own details.
Can the family see everything?
No, and that is deliberate. Guardian shows what a guardian is entitled to see, approve and manage, which is not the same as everything on the record. Consent is held per category, and where the person can decide for themselves, they decide.
Is Fiducia Talk still free?
Yes. Fiducia Talk, the talking board on its own, is free with no account and no trial that ends, at talk.fiduciatogether.uk. Life is for when the person wants the rest of their life in the same place.
Where is our data, and can you read it?
On a private server in the United Kingdom, hosted and maintained by us. The records are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit over TLS 1.3.
We can read them, and we would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise, because a supplier who genuinely cannot see your data also cannot help you recover it. What we cannot do is read it quietly: access is written to a tamper-evident audit chain that will not let us edit an entry after the fact.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It is a Direct Debit, so you can cancel it at any time, and you are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Does it work on an iPhone, iPad or Android phone?
Yes, in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Go to life.fiduciatogether.uk or guardian.fiduciatogether.uk.
Not sure which you need?
Tell us who you are caring for and what is hard at the moment. We have been the person on your end of this, and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
